Most Likely To is a 6 episode web series that features Latinx and LGBTQ talent from San Antonio, Texas, which isn’t always authentically portrayed on television or film. As director and a former theatre teacher, Vanessa Rae Lerma wanted to give her students an opportunity to perform and represent our San Antonio Cultura in a way that is authentic to us.

A slice-of-life family drama about an Asian son and mother dealing with loneliness, love, and a pressure to do things by themselves.

The opera starts with young Sam and his father in a cave. When a heated disagreement culminates in harsh words that can’t be taken back, the cave collapses and separates them. Alone, the two of them must separately reconcile with family, choice, and the other person in the relationship. By the end, we may hope, in spite of earlier events, to see the two of them together again.

The high school quarterback goes on a quest to prove that he’s still straight after waking up in bed next to a hot naked man. A queer high school rom-com with heart, hilarity, and characters who go for what they want.

Two young drama students become arch-nemesis’s when they discover that they both have the same best friend, apparently. In their power struggle over the position of Sierra’s best friend, secrets are spilled, boyfriends are broken up with. Nothing is safe in the wake of the passive aggressive competition for supreme best-friendship.

On his quest, Aaron finds himself in many first dates, even taking him to the other side of the world. But what do you do when you find yourself left with nothing? This is a love story to the community of people who’ve made me who I am today.
